I really want to give this place 5 stars, I've loved their coffee every time I've ordered, but the wait has been long every time, this last time, I was in the drive thru almost 25 minutes. It's worth it to me for the coffee, but this issue needs to be fixed. Staff has been friendly and their coffee has been flavorful, albeit almost warm instead of hot. I would still highly recommend trying their coffee if you have some time to spend waiting for it.

The Avo BaCato sandwich was amazing! Their iced lattes are absolutely fantastic, and I really enjoy spending a few hours working here. If you're staying for a while, they also have a pitcher of water available for your convenience!

I’m from Arlington Heights, and back in 2014, I visited this place on a day trip thanks to a coworker's recommendation. I loved it but kind of forgot about it over the years. Fast forward to a few months ago, when my best friend, who lives in the area, and I started exploring all the coffee shops nearby. Then I came across this place on Google, and the name sounded familiar. That’s when I remembered how much I wanted to return! I immediately took my best friend with me, and we had a wonderful time. Since then, we've returned many times, bringing more friends along each time. I will happily support Conscious Cup whenever I'm in town and recommend it to anyone I can. I've been coming here since I moved to the area. A lot of my friends have worked here and I always loved it. After they started expanding into other cities this location became an atmospherical dump as they were basically running a lot of operations out of here. But I just came in for the first time in a month and wow! They did an absolutely phenomenal job re-decorating this space. If you are wondering about quality of the coffee, its the best you can find in the area. I will definitely be coming here more often. I am wondering where Allen's new spot is though...

Takes super, super long in the drive thru then my food was cold and had to sit and wait longer for it. I get the new coco moco hot and it’s also cold and had to give it back as well! I have came here before and this is the second time this happens. Literally more than 10 minutes waiting. Not good service at all! Won’t come back for a while Crystal Lake!
