Management speaks to employees like dirt, refuses refund order

Very rude manager named Kerri I had food for over 5 minutes and when I asked excuse me I 'm missing the drink was told very rudely that I have to wait my turn they had other orders in front of me... How can they have other orders in front of me if the order was already cleared off the screen and other people are getting their orders? Very rude lady period

Extremely rude woman who took my order. Was rude from the start. Gave me 4 oz of coffee and refused to fill it up to the 12 oz I paid for. I am so annoyed. Will never return. I used to come here regularly. Not anymore.
