The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they truly made my kids feel special with toy cows, stickers, and placemats. They went above and beyond to assist us, even at 9:15 PM! I am really grateful for their kind service.
For instance, customers often find themselves with nugget "crumbs" or hard, inedible “nubs” instead of a proper nugget count. Waffle fries are frequently packed incorrectly, leading to situations where a customer pays for a large size but receives a container that is barely filled at a medium quantity. This issue is particularly notable with expensive sides like macaroni and cheese or coleslaw. For example, when ordering a large macaroni and cheese for $4.50, you might end up with a large container that only has a small scoop's worth inside. It feels disappointing and like a rip-off. Chick-fil-A should consider changing their methods of filling containers, especially for items that can vary based on individual employee discretion. A standardized weight measurement system could help resolve this issue. While the food is delicious and the company operates with respectable mission standards, the inconsistency in serving customers what they've ordered and paid for can feel akin to price gouging. After spending between $12.50 and $15 for a large sandwich and side combo meal, one would expect to feel full and satisfied until the next meal. Instead, many customers find themselves still hungry and disappointed—and often feeling financially strained as a result. At least the food tasted good in the moment!
I ordered an 8-piece nugget with 3 Polynesian sauces, but unfortunately, I only received 2. I was in a hurry, so I drove off. As I got onto Industrial Boulevard, I noticed in my rearview mirror a man in a Chick-fil-A uniform sprinting towards my car (I was going 35 mph). He managed to keep up with the car, yelling, "Sir, here’s your sauce!" We exchanged the sauce like a relay team practicing. I shouted, "Thank you!" and he replied, "My pleasure!" before running back to the restaurant. Overall, I’d give this experience 5 out of 5 stars!
They had the best service, so fast and polite! We stopped by with entire bus full and they had our food prepared so quick. Definitely worth stopping by for a bite! I ordered the 12-piece chicken nuggets to add to my salad, and it was delicious. For takeout, I had a lunch meal costing around $10 to $20. The food rating is a 3, the service is also a 3, but the atmosphere was rated a 4. I recommend the nuggets and waffle fries!
