The food is so worth the price. Staff is friendly and helpful and courteous. If you want a place for a date night, this is the best place for it.
We got the grilled Salmon and the Chesapeake Chicken. It was one of the best salmons I’ve had—perfect seasoning. The veggies tasted good and mashed potatoes were seasoned the way I like. We shared the Crab cream soup — very creamy and full of crab. The food came out pretty quick for it being sit down fine dining. We did not have reservations but got seated immediately. Waitress was friendly and attentive. I liked the decor — a big collection of art available for sale. The bench against the wall looked like a vintage restored traditional church pew. The restaurant is an 8 minute walk from the Fairfield Inn (Marriott). Street and sidewalk in front of restaurant is under construction so the ladies might want to avoid fancy heals.
We came from the city to see a friend in a show at cumberland theatre and did not know where to eat. we waited for a table in a different restaurant than someone past suggested city lights. it was fantastic. I actually ate all my pleasure, they were so good, including the carrots, the definitiw not my favorites.
We stumbled upon this by accident and I'm glad we did! Their food is delicious! My husband and I split the salmon wrap. It was perfect! They are also located on a pedestrian street so we sat outside under the shade of something trees. Our server was great! Super friendly, attentive, and fun to chat with! We also met the owner, who was also super friendly and great to talk to! All around a great restaurant! I would recommend stopping in for some yummy food if you have the chance!
