Mcdonald's - Cumberland County

I just left this restaurant. There was a man outside smoking by the door with his hands all over the trash can. He then went back inside the store and touched the food. I have videos as proof. When I spoke to the manager about it, he appeared disheveled and denied my complaints. This place is filthy and unsanitary.

This morning, the employee at the restaurant was rude and refused to add soda to our order because they didn't hear us due to their slow service. They asked us to go around for 2 cars. It would be beneficial to train the employees in problem-solving. We stopped by after a long road trip and were disappointed with her attitude.

I ordered meal #2, a single quarter pounder with cheese. I got a double quarter pounder with cheese. Had to park and wait for meal at least 10 minutes. When I got it, it was wrong. French fries were cold. It was not a very good experience. I don't eat McDonald's very often, and I won't be doing it again.

I have never experienced being informed that only fountain drinks are included with the breakfast meal when I placed my order. They told me that if I wanted coffee, I would have to order it separately. I informed the server that this had never happened before as I have been ordering the same meal for many years. The server did not seek assistance in taking my order, indicating that my patronage is unimportant to them. This will be my last visit to this restaurant.

Lady at Cahier Drive Thru service was not nice , was rude and did not apologize about her mistake with our food order.
