Applebee's Grill - Cumming

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a great experience. Jessica provided excellent service and was on top of everything. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The location was also great.

Very good. Hardly any customers so it felt safe. I could see how they applying social distancing.Service was very good

Came in after work to have a beer. The bartender had 3 people sitting at her bar. All the tables around the bar were empty. The dining room itself was probably aboud full. I was denied sitting at the bar for a beer. I was told I had to wait 45 minutes. When I asked I can't go in and have a beer at the bar no ma'am you have to wait 45 minutes so I asked to speak to a manager cause I go in frequently for lunch 3 times a week my husband and I. I was told no you cannot speak to our manager hes too busy. So I left and I Called back to speak to a manager and was once against denied to speak to the manager. Applebee's running commercials like crazy on the television.. Come where everybody knows your name That's hilarious. Understand now why they're hurting for business. Please if you're reading this go somewhere else you work hard for your money spend it with a company that's worth it.

By far the worst apple bees i have been too, service was no good, no one came to at least acknowledge me and i was standing there for a good 15-20 minutes so i decided to leave and walking to my car noticed a woman and a man who were wearing managers uniforms doing some sort of drug deal i couldn’t tell what type of drug it was but they were really trying to play it off like nothing had happened it’s sad that a company such as Applebees is hiring these type of people to be “managers” and the customer service is absolutely not what it should be. If I has the option to leave negative stars i would I will never be coming back to this Applebees again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We initially went there for their Irresist-a-bowls, but they were out of what we wanted and offered us different options instead. We decided to try the broccoli alfredo mac n cheese bowl, but were shocked to find that the pasta was dry and lacking in cheese. To make matters worse, there was a broken and dirty window in our dining area that completely ruined our appetite. The portion size was also smaller than expected, making it unlikely that I would return in the future. The waiter seemed clueless and when I mentioned the issue, he suggested I speak with the manager. However, I was too frustrated to even consider it and left the restaurant feeling like I had wasted my money.
