Burger King - Cumming

Check your order, this particular store is consistently forgetting to put in bags items from your order. 90% of our orders were missing items, either when ordering drive-thru, or Uber eats delivery. Tonight another portion of 12 ct chicken fries was missing received 2 instead of 3). It happened coyntless times, especialy on delivery.

Had Google Maps take me to this location location with residential and had no Burger King just houses

Food was cold after waiting for it to cook in parking lot

I'm a contractor and i'm new to the area. Went through the drive-thru after a long day traveling, and that was the best experience i've ever had. Probably about an hour ago. The lady over the speaker was so friendly, and the gentleman at the window was the same. The food was awesome and nothing was missed! Best experience I've ever had! Kuddos to them!! I wish I would have got their names.

Better than many other fast food restaurants I have been thru recently. The food was hot and prepared quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dietary restrictions: Salads and grilled chicken are good options for blood glucose moderation. Parking: 25 or more parking spots with wheel chair spots available.
