Hibachi Express - Cumming

Food was all wrong! They could not make the order how we wanted and the customer service was horrible!! The worst part is that there were roaches in the bathrooms Im sure other places as well. Horrible experience!! Vegetarian options: My wife asked for a specific meal to take out certain vegies and was told that they can not do it because the food came all together! Meal type: Lunch

Service has been lacking. Young kids at the window and it's still fast food, but have a positive attitude

Food is typical for type of restaurant this is. Service is always great. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had the chicken noodle and the flavor was great but it was the driest chicken I have ever had. I couldn't even eat it. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
