Mcdonald's - Cumming

I?m shocked the number of good reviews this McDonalds has. I just left the drive thru and ordered a large sweet tea with my meal. I watched the guy at the window fill up my cup with unsweet tea and then go over and pump coffee syrup into my tea. I asked if they were out of sweet tea and he said ?yeah, that?s sweet tea?. Bro lied to my face lol. And the girl who took my order acted like she hated life. And she was covered in hickies. Real classy!

Used drive thru for breakfast. Gave order at speaker. Pulled to first window no one there (not uncommon these days) so I moved on toward 2nd window. The long haired older lady leaned out the first window and said something I couldn't hear. Then made a frustrated gesture. When I got to the second window I was not greeted by the young man there. I told hi. I had to pay and gave him my card as the lady came around the corner she took the card from him and was clearly irritated. When she brought my card back she laid on the counter and walked away. I got my food and sat there waiting to get my card back. I asked her for it and she said to the young man, he needs his card back. I drove off and realized no fork to eat my big breakfast ????. Should have eaten before I left the house. Not a good way to start my day.

While I understand in today's world, ALOT is going on.. therefore, I always pack my patience. I don't frequent this establishment often. In fact. My 2nd time ever going here. But. The level of Drive thru service was totally unacceptable! I order via the app. All the curb side parking was filled. Guess that was the 1st clue. So. I figured why not DT. The worst mistake. The waiting was too long. Then each car to get to the speaker to wait even more. Keep in mind, I did my order via the app. When I finally get to the 2nd window, only item ready was my drink. Window person called out my order, other person sounds as if they never read or heard...so, ma'am can you pull up and we will bring your food. I pull into DT reserved to wait for them to actually cook my food, after 30 min wait. A single order of chicken sandwich and fries. Finally, my food arrived with no condiments i requested. But at least my fries were straight out of the fryer! Customer service is a zero! I only stayed as my blood sugar was dropping due to needing food. Come on. Please do better. No Thank you for waiting or coming to McD. No upgrade of my drink or fries ???? nor apology Nothing to make up for my wait...and I gave 2 stars. Instead of 1. Which was more deserved. When back changed to 2 star....

I went through the drive through at night, I was the only car. One person took my credit card and another person asked me 3 times for my credit card again. He gave me my food and the other guy never gave me my card back. I phoned the next day three times before I got a manager that was very rude but said they had my card and would mail it back. Two weeks later I still don't have my card and I'm local mail. Very unprofessional. I would never go to this location again.

This is the most disgusting McDonald?s I ever been. First the Waiting time for my order was very long. This lady there have long hair all the way to her face and I see her hair was on the food on the fríes every single food she was serving was touch by her long hair. This is disgusting ???? this place is don?t dirty !
