O'charley's - Cumming

This was truly the best sit-down meal we've had in ages! Our waitress, Bianca, was incredibly polite and attentive. When the food arrived, everything was delicious, from the fried pickles to the steak. My kids enjoyed chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese, and my youngest, who is the pickiest of all six of us, declared it the best he's ever had. The kitchen staff did a fantastic job preparing the food, and Bianca ensured it reached our table quickly and with a smile. My husband even mentioned that it would be worth the hour-long drive to come back!

I visited the restaurant with my family around 6 PM today. The service was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. One lady even waved at us, and I complimented her when she served us for her kind demeanor. Our server today was Dylan, a very nice young man, and the food was excellent. I do miss the free pie on Wednesdays!

It wasn't too bad. The service was alright, and the food was decent. Since it was Sunday, there was quite a crowd, which made things a bit uncomfortable at times.

Tonight was fantastic! Me and my wife went out for a nice little date night tonight at O’Charleys (one of our favorites) and we had the lovely Bianca as our server. Her service was prompt keeping our drinks and rolls filled and the food came out perfect, I had a sirloin and my wife had the Alfredo Chicken. 5/5 love this place!

Bianca was amazing! Super attentive and friendly. Our food came out fast and without issue. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the manager was attentive as well! Great experience all around.
