Starbucks Coffee - Cumming

When I asked why are they preparing orders for customers behind me in a line, I was told that they are busy. No apologies, nothing. Then she proceeded to make a drink for a different customer. It was just a tall latte. I waited for 20 minutes, asked about it twice, they didn’t even start to prepare it. I just don’t understand it. Was it my accent or something?Anyway. I hope they enjoyed my drink that I never got.

I used to love Starbucks so much that I couldn’t drive by without getting a drink but now it does taste like it used to maybe bc now we know it supports genocide…

Card information was stolen, and then reported multiple times. Do not pay with your card unless it’s Apple Pay or if they hand you the card reader themselves; if they don’t give you the card reader, then observe your card. The window baristas have taken a picture of my card without me knowing and put multiple charges on my card as high as $75 $90. I know exactly who it is too and he/she goes to Denmark High school. They also recently did this to my mother and now both our credit card companies are investigating. File a police report if this happens to you I wish I would have the first time, because it keeps continuing to happen.

The young white boy who was working on 9/14/2023 at 2:50pm was extremely rude. So rude I left and didn't take my order. I asked for a Cuban colada because that's what I know it as. he proceeded to tell me that they didn't have that, and I explained to him it's 2 expresso shots with sugar. Once I drove around to the pickup window, he belived to be privileged enough to tell me that that's not what the drink is called and that if I wanted to order it again I need to call it by the Starbucks name. Completely disregarding cuban culture. Extremely rude and unprofessional, Starbucks.

Whoever was taking orders through drive thru today at 730 am was very condescending and rude… I’ve never had a problem with Starbucks until today… I hope whoever it was has a better day bc being mean to someone and ruining their morning isn’t gonna make you feel better…
