Kfc Curepipe

The chicken was disgusting. There was a hair fried right in with it. When we brought it to the lady's attention, she acted like it was no big deal and didn’t even apologize. She simply took it back and brought us another one, claiming it was just hair from a man's hand. To her, this seemed completely normal.

In addition to this oversight, the service was disappointingly slow. The wait time was longer than I had anticipated, and the staff did not seem to be operating with much urgency. This sluggish service detracted from my overall experience, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. While I recognize that mistakes and delays can happen—especially during busy times—I believe it's crucial for a well-known chain like KFC to maintain the quality and accuracy of their food and service. Unfortunately, my visit to KFC in Curepipe fell short in these areas. I hope that KFC Curepipe takes this feedback seriously and begins to improve the consistency of their service and the accuracy of their orders. As a loyal customer, I have faith in KFC’s ability to provide a better experience, and I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future. I appreciate the chance to share my honest feedback, as it can help businesses like KFC Curepipe reflect on their shortcomings and implement necessary improvements.

The drive-thru area is neither spacious nor suitable. When cars head towards the drive-thru lane, it ends up blocking the road. The drive-thru can accommodate only four vehicles at a time; if you’re the fifth car, you find yourself on the main road, obstructing traffic coming from the south.

Horrible experience, we've waited for about 5 minutes for someone to take our order through the drive-thru window. After the long wait, someone asked to go to the next window, and arriving there, the lady said that it was only for delivery. She took our order,and it delivered our food in no time. We were disappointed to have a zinger with only countable small pieces of lettuce and a small spot of mayo and a tiny piece of chicken inside. Very disappointed with the service and no value for money. The menu has size down, smaller burger bread, smaller chicken, less chips and smaller soft drink cups.

Best KFC outlet so far in my opinion. Food quality is great. Service is average. It would not hurt to smile once a whilst taking orders. Overall great Definitely recommend to friends and family.
