Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cuyahoga Falls

The food is great, but why are you always out of lime? That was the one thing I really wanted. I also ordered a quesadilla, but it wasn’t even included in my bag. Just a heads-up—next time I come in, if you have lime and quesadillas available, I’m taking all of them! Period.

The food here is consistently excellent. However, the beer was lacking in quality; it was past its best-by date by a month, which affected its flavor. That’s why I couldn’t give a full 5 stars!

I waited patiently for 15 minutes to place my order, with two people ahead of me. Once those customers completed their orders, the employees didn’t start preparing anything for me while I was still waiting. They didn’t even acknowledge my presence. It seemed like they were completely oblivious, which was really frustrating. This was on Tuesday, December 28, at 3:40 PM, and I ended up leaving at 4 PM. I won't be returning to this Chipotle.

I arrived right at opening time, but the doors weren’t unlocked for five minutes. I understand that delays can happen due to staff shortages or tardiness. After finally getting in, I placed my order and waited 15 minutes without anyone checking in on us to provide an update. When I asked how long it would be until we were served, the response was, “We still need to prepare everything.” I understand that, but a rough estimate would have been helpful. When I pressed for a timeline, she said it would be about 10–15 minutes. This lack of communication was disappointing. I was pressed for time, and it would have been nice to know how long the wait would be, so we could decide whether to stay or find another option. Overall, the customer service was lacking.

If you want your order to be correct, I recommend not using their delivery service. I've heard several complaints from customers who received their orders via delivery and were dissatisfied. It seems they don't pay attention to how their orders are being handled. However, I have to say that the food itself is fantastic – I’d rate it a 5/5!
