Guys Pizza Co. - Cuyahoga Falls

Best pizza I've ever had! Burger was huge! More than a pound and a half. Tots are amazing. Will definitely be a customer for life. Staff was extremely kind as well! Highly recommend

Last night, my husband and I ordered Guys Pizza Co. through the Door Dash app. Unfortunately, even though I received multiple confirmation emails and text messages, Guys never received the order through Door Dash. A few minutes later, I got a call from Guys Pizza stating that even though they had not received the order, they were going to honor it. They told me they did not want me to be unhappy. Not only was my food absolutely delicious, but the customer service is beyond excellent. I highly recommend checking out Guys Pizza if you haven’t already!

We ordered a large pizza, double cheeseburger, and fries. They forgot the fries, but they made everything right. The pizza was fabulous with a sweet sauce. The double cheeseburger was amazing. There people behind the counter were really nice to work with. We will be going back.

Been coming here for 4 years now. Over the past year, almost every Sunday. Sure every so often you get a screwed up order. No biggie (it happens anywhere, you go there more you'll notice it more oh well . They're way too nice and kind in fixing and crediting and helping you get exactly what you asked for!!! I've had them offer to deliver outside of their range because they forgot something after we left. Always super friendly, pizza is superb, cheesy bread never fails, wings are great, they go above and beyond. Love you guys!!!!! Every Sunday 99% of the time!!!! (wasn't paid to write this I just love Guys way too much. Those guyzones will get you!!

The food is great. I especially like their large pizza and wing combo for $19.95. Th e guyzone is also delicious and filling. Their hours are quite odd.. also could really use a website update. If the owner focused on cleaning up the website, especially the outdated coupons, I would order from here more often.
