Mcdonald's - Cuyahoga Falls

I stop at this McDonald’s location at least once every other week and it’s always so clean. Today when we decided to stop for lunch, the staff was so welcoming! They even gave the little one a toy, which as you can tell by the picture, he was very excited. Everyone was so nice and even helped me bring the food to the table.

Sat with my friend, was clean very nice in register.

They get five stars because they don't lock their door half the time like the other almost food places on howe.

I have a terrible service all year round. all three times ended with wendy’s.

Hit or miss with the quality of service, often underoccupied. my latest visit I waited 20 minutes for a small mobile order (2 sandwiches and a drink) when I called the restaurant to avoid running into the restaurant (part of using the mobile order kurbside pickup) my first call was suspended. my food was brought out to me, but I had sat under heat for a while.
