Mcdonald's - Cuyahoga Falls

This restaurant in Monroe Falls is consistently excellent! The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious! They truly prioritize customer service, and everything is always fresh!

Just downloaded the app. Very convenient and I love free stuff.

The experience was pleasant overall; however, the fish sandwich wasn’t served very hot. The cashier and the staff at the service window were both friendly!

It's McDonald's, and in comparison to other McDonald's locations, this one is excellent. The bathrooms are consistently clean, the restaurant's interior is well-maintained, it's typically not crowded, and the service is fast. They also have kiosks for ordering, but I prefer curbside pickup. While it takes a bit longer than the drive-through, my kids' meals are always freshly made.

The hired left several articles of my order, it happened, no big thing. I circled around to get this article and the young lady in the window wanted to argue about it and make a scene. food: 2/5
