Piada - Cuyahoga Falls

The piadas are really good. I love the concept of a pasta dish being in a wrap. I've eaten here at least once a week since moving to the falls last month. The restaurant itself is nice and clean. The employees have always been friendly for the most part. The only issue I have, which is the same issue I have at any of these build your own type places like Chipotle, is the inconsistency. I mean it's always good, but depending on who is working, sometimes it can be better than others. Luckily it's only happened to me once, but there is one guy who works there that goes super skimpy on stuff. My wrap is usually a similar size, and his was like half the size I normally get. My girlfriend's was also much smaller than it usually was. The pictures I posted were from today, and it was the normal size I'm used to and really good!

Got the power bowl with grilled steak delivered via DoorDash. Now I’m going to have to visit the place because this was awesome. Great variety and flavors, steak could have been a little less cooked, but overall great. The cucumber salad had a great dill flavor and the pickled red onions were perfect. Great lunch

5/29/2022 Pasta bowl was delicious! First time for me having Piadas. Not sure if they were from this location, they were set up at Summa Akron City cafeteria. Very good!!

Even in a huge dinner rush, they always produce great food quickly! Pasta is cooked just like it was when I went to Italy and it tastes AMAZING!

Best Piada in northeast Ohio hands down! The entire staff was pleasant and engaging. I eat at Piada way more than I should from Canton to Rocky River and this Piada is the best. Destiny was a shining star (I hope that’s her name she had long pretty braids) she was funny and witty. She kept us laughing and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. There was a manager on duty and she was awesome too! Literally every person there was phenomenal!!!
