Taco Bell - Cuyahoga Falls

This used to be a five-star review… The time when "Michael F" and the franchise owner were present every day has passed. The current staff seems uninterested in providing good customer service. I suggest a complete overhaul of the staff as soon as possible. Additionally, the restrooms are consistently dirty and often lack soap.

Very, very delicious fast food restaurant so many good choices. My personal favorites are the cheesy Gordy the crunch and the Doritos Locos taco. I usually get them every time. I’m there at least one of them each while there, but on some occasions, I get two each, also to make one more comment about how good Mountain Dew Baja blast freezes are

It was 5 mins before closing their dining, and i went through the drive through to pickup a doordash order, and the manager was the most rude person i ever met. Worst experience. Will not ever spend my own money here. Worst managment. Manager should be fired. Crew was nice though.

I 've worked in the food industry for a long time, but I have never worked at taco bell, so I 'm not gonna say i know how to do their job. But they are constantly forgetting the dipping cups I order. Now I get forgetting sometimes if you 're busy. But 99% of the time?!?!? So I called and asked if they cannot be forgotten, the response was yeah ok and then hung up. Who the hell is in charge of this place???

Got the Cheez it crunch wrap box, the crunch wrap was flat and floppy like a pancake and barley had anything in it, the nacho fries were cold, old and chewey, the burrito had barley anything in it and the little cup of cheese was about 20 percent full. They need to fire everyone there and start over. Shame on whoever lets that happen
