Taco Bell - Cuyahoga Falls

The food was decent and served hot, but charging $1.79 for a small side of rice is unreasonable! I won't be ordering that again. Overall rating: 3/5.

I’ve been in the drive-thru line since 6:26, and it’s now 7 o'clock—I just reached the window. The service is incredibly slow, regardless of how many people are in line. Even with only three cars ahead of me, the wait is still excruciating. The staff are fantastic, and the food is always well-prepared and correct. However, they really need to improve the wait times. I can only imagine how frustrated some customers must be while waiting.

The usual routine had us pull up to the window, and we waited again. After around 18 minutes, someone finally came to tell us they had just dropped our food into the fryer and that it would take another 4 to 6 minutes to finish cooking. By that point, we had already waited close to 30 minutes. We tapped on the window to get an update, but the staff member who responded had a very defensive attitude. It's clear that our order should have been started as soon as it was placed, and I’m sure the food would have been fresh had that happened. When we finally received the food, which they claimed was just ready, it showed no signs of being freshly made; it was neither warm nor fresh to the touch. The employees who were serving customers at that time displayed a lack of competence and professionalism, and it seemed like they were not taking their jobs seriously. Wendy's really needs to hire more efficient staff. Personally, I or anyone associated with me will never return to this location. The service was far from professional or efficient.

Every time I come here, I wait a long time in my mind, please hurry up, but don't hurry too much because it's the priority. I get it not rome on a day, but that's not rome. it is t bell and there are 7 ingredients

Waited in the drive-thru line for almost 30 mins ? if you don't have enough staff for normal operation then just close, another example of a greedy corporation...money at any cost
