Don’t eat there they don’t wear clothes don’t wipe walls especially by the sink area. The fired me when an employee they family with was very disrespectfully to me and others and when I spoke back I was sent home in the rain on a 1 1/2 walk and they knew my ride was still at work. They hygiene off and the list goes on. I seen my Uber driver made it to pickup my order and it was cancel. Per message it was refused. I’m glad yall refused it I didn’t realize it was that franchise. I won’t spend my money there and advising others not to because yall don’t practice good handwashing. I would post about it but this place or the humans not worth my energy God Blessed me beyond the drama there. The region/owner of that store get this email but I pray his partnership reads it too
Just went the other day. First time in many years because the location where I used to live in Rosenberg was the worst for so long!BUT!!!Buffalo Wild Wings in Cypress is hands down the ultimate spot for unbeatable taste, exceptional service, and a fantastic atmosphere. What sets this location apart is their ability to cater to every aspect of a perfect dining experience, including the unique perk of being able to dine with your furry friends on their patio. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with delicious aromas, and the friendly staff ensures you feel right at home. With mouthwatering wings cooked to perfection and a variety of flavors to choose from, coupled with the vibrant ambiance, it's a definite winner. Whether you're a wing enthusiast or simply seeking a great meal out, Buffalo Wild Wings in Cypress delivers on all fronts.
Have gone here multiple time since moving to the area and have never had a remotely decent experience. Every moment of being here is a pain. They’re annoyed they have to seat you, they never come to take your order and when you finally get service they disappear. Last time after the host begrudgingly sat us, we sat so long waiting on service we eventually had to leave. We thought oh well we’ll just place a Togo order next time. We place a to go order, should be ready at 7:30… 7:50 no food, no apologies. The manager didn’t even blink an eye at giving us a refund she’s so used to it at this point.
I was given a $15 credit for an overpayment for an online order by the management, because my my last order didn't include my discount coupon code and they could not credit my credit card since the transaction was already completed. When I went to use the credit, I was told management had changed, and there was nothing they could do about my $15. Normally, I wouldn't fuss over $15, but these days, things are so expensive that one can't afford to just throw money away like that.
