Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cypress

Our family visited this establishment to enjoy some shrimp...out...so order chicken strips....no buttermilk dipping sauce...what about Blacken buttermilk...nope. only tater and cocktail sauce. Large iced tea....no ice...Bad visit....no customer interaction unless you need to order. Mashed potatoes and cold slaw..about 2 table spoons of each for 2.69 each. No more popeyes. Sure gonna miss you.

The only positive: The chicken was fresh and hot. There is no point ordering from this location on their app. I selected a pickup time 40 minutes from the time I ordered. I arrived on time only to have to wait in line at the counter behind 4 other people ordering (since there was no one at the online pickup section), then when I got to the counter the guy couldnt find my order, finally looks it up and prints it, then lays it on the counter and disappears??????? WTF, finally another guy comes to the counter to take orders and he is annoyed when I ask him about my online pickup order, then ignores me and takes another walkup order. Finally some young man comes to the area and sees my order ticket laying on the counter, picks it up and asks the other guy what it was. The guy says I dont know. So he calls my name on the ticket and asks me if this was my order and I replied yes. He was kind enough to fulfill the order and get it to me, albeit some 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Competent staffing is definitely an issue at this location.

So I went to get the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo and Regular Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy and a drink. I was eating inside and a soon I start eating I found out the Spicy Chicken Sandwich It is not cooked and it is like halfway cooked and I took it to the cashier was there and showed to him that it is bad and not cooked good. He don't even look at me and was playing in his phone and he said I don't know man I can't do anything it is what it is. So I left and after 5mit I called the store and I asked to speak with manager I told her everything happened and she said come back I will give u a new one I told her I left and I want my money instead of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich And she told me I can't do that I told her me too I left and can't come Back and why y'all don't tell me that when I was there she said I can give u the sandwich and that it. I couldn't come back and I kept tell Her I just want my money back she said no and no body helped me To get my money back. That cashier he should be fired for his service.

Found mold in my chicken sandwich bun extremely disappointed about my first ever experience at this popeyes location

Do not come here ! they ain't got no sauce smh had to pull a run to the whataburger next door on my momma shut out to whataburger no sauce no mac&cheese no spicy chicken no ketchup no nuggets no pickles no notin on my momma like frs they aint even got change for a dollar and they had only one soda flavor gahhhh damn. disappointed asf
