Fran's Barbecue Pizza - Daingerfield

Made the mistake of dining in , it was at least 90 degrees in there . Staff was friendly and food was ok but took a long time.

I ordered take out. Their pizzas and salads are stuffed to the max with toppings. Both were very delicious. I don't think I'll go to Venice pizza again lol.

We went with friends and they got their pizza, meanwhile we continued to wait at least 45 minutes for ours. When my husband went up to the counter to ask where our order was, they forgot it-they gave us our pizza for free, but we still had to wait another 25 minutes! Meanwhile our friends are finished eating! My husband expressed his displeasure and said he would not return nor would he recommend this place and the owner/mgr told him he was acting like a dick! We will definitely not return to this establishment !!!!

Worst customer experience in my life. Missed my order, waited too long for the second go. Pizza was free, but boss boy mis-managed his employees. Never received an apology. Owner condoned his employees negative behavior. Apparently easier to get a free pizza but no apology or accountability.
