Tamales La Comadre - Dakota City

Our family absolutely loved this place! Lily's tamales are fantastic! We travel all the way from Sioux City, and it's always worth the trip.

We had a delicious and affordable meal at Tamales! We don't eat out often and try to avoid fast food. After attending the Missouri Valley Expo at Ponca State Park, we were surprised to find that we had to go out of our way to find a restaurant. Luckily, we stumbled upon Tamales! Their soft corn shell tacos filled with steak, traditional toppings, and cilantro were fantastic. The burritos were huge and delicious, and all entrees came with beans and Spanish rice. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they don't accept credit cards, but they do have an ATM inside. The food is excellent.
