Crystal Cafe - South Sioux City

The building is older and definitely a trucker hotspot. Nothing beautiful, but clean is a must for me. 3 chickens from our group ordered fried steak on hashbrowns and eggs, all crushed in sausage sword. It was a meal that I would do in a heartbeat again. Great service! Great prices! Great food! What more can you demand.

Love this truck stop and the cafe is great. The people who work here work hard and treat you like family. I only rarely stay here because I can't go to Dr's appointments, buy or deal with the business and get back to fear of dragging my truck. Not sure how strict they are, but signs say, and an employee said you can't drive with your truck. I'm sure they have a good reason, and the drivers must have abused their hospitality before the rule. I'll stay here if I want a good meal and go to sleep. Great to be treated well and eat real food and not forget about your waitress. Always have a good tip. These girls deserve it.

Robin was a wonderful server, she checked back with me and my sisters and refilled our coffees and was friendly, polite and helpful with the menu items. The chicken strips were fantastic like the fries and burgers and shakes. Great place for good food and service.

The food is incredible! The staff is AWESOME and so sweet and friendly waitresses. The waiters are rock stars in my book!!

I love this place. Sadly these wonderful home style truck stop restaurants are becoming hard to find. They have some of the best food around, service is fantastic and prices are reasonable.
