P's Pizza House - Dakota Dunes

I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit here. The food was great and the atmosphere exceeded all expectations. Our server was prompt and delightful as well. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5

My son was home for a couple of days. (He's military He wanted to take me for lunch. Awwww. I had such a great experience the first time I came here and was happy to suggest it. I had the Juicy Lucy. Born in Minnesota (I've had the best in Meisville,MN. Please leave it in MN. The hamburger was so overcooked there was no longer any cheese inside. And the cheese sauce topping was gritty and flavorless. Sorry, but I will not return. I was embarrased by the food.

We brought in a group of 13 people without a reservation. Service from start to finish was spectacular. Food from pizza to wings and fried pickles was on point and delicious. The beer selection was great and the full bar matched it. We were on a trip so won't be back soon but if in the area again this place will be the go to.Food: 4/5

We had cheese curds, California veggie, margarita pizza and Greek salad. It was fine. Veggie was mostly olives. The pizza was good and everything tasted fine and service was fine slightly on the slow side but nothing was amazing. For South Dakota it’s about what I would expect. ?‍

I’ve ordered carry out 4 times from this place and every single time they are never on time. First two times, I was told order would be ready in twenty minutes. I arrive twenty minutes later only to then wait another 20 minutes inside for my order. Third time, I waited an additional 30 minutes inside (after I arrived at the time it should have been done) with the same situation. Now today I placed a to go order online. It said it would be AN HOUR before it’s ready. So I patiently wait and understand they are probably busy….. I arrive at 6:51 the time my online confirmation said it would be done. The host ask if the order would be under any other name. I said no she says I’ll go let see if it’s ready. It was an order for one burger and one salad! There are open tables and it’s obvious not busy! I then Waited an additional 25 minutes for my order to be ready. I asked if my order was started before I arrived and the host said not the burger. THIS WAS MY LAST STRAW AND WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! I’ve given multiple chances for this establishment to make improvements or compensations. Talked to their manager on numerous visits andNothing. Don’t waist your time like I have
