Upside - Dallas

They forgot to bring every round of drinks. I know they were under staffed but we had to remind them every time and never really received an apology! Didn’t ruin the night but was definitely disappointing service level.

We just came from a Girls Brunch at Dahlias wanted to continue the day at Upside to continue catching up. It was our 1st time in Upside and we had such Amazing time. We practically order everything on the menu tried different drinks which did not disappoint. The View was Magical and our Server Michael was sooo Sweet and did a exceptional job in serving us. He even offered to take pictures of us for our Instagram. Overall had a Great Experience and will recommend anyone who wants a nice quite environment to catch up w/your girlsss. Can’t wait to come Back for round two!!! Lol

Waiter service was poor, inconsistent, and slow but hostess was good at checking up on customers and making up for it

The views are of downtown are amazing, but the service was horrendously slow and unresponsive throughout the night despite the bar only being half full.

Not a dinner place. Appetizers and drinks only. Limited seating excellent views.
