The Habit Burger Grill (drive-thru)

Everything is absolutely delicious, especially the one-of-a-kind Santa Barbara char.

The food is great, particularly the salad. However, the wait time was excessively long. I understand that good food can take time to prepare, but this is a drive-thru, which implies speed. I could have read a book while waiting!

Somehow, rudeness seems to last forever! I ordered five burgers and requested an extra ranch, but I was met with a rude response saying they couldn't provide it. It was the first time I've ever heard something like that! I'm very disappointed and won't be returning. The food is good, but the staff, especially the thin man in glasses at the drive-thru during the night, seem to genuinely dislike their jobs.

I originally wanted to give this Habit location a bad assessment because they forgot to put grilled tweepers on our burgers. that alone makes the burger; without it is actually not a big burger. instead of leaving a bad review, I have been on instagram after habit, and within a few hours, her customer team had apologised for an e-mail and offers us some good certificates for our disappointing experience, and therefore loouve habit! they take care of their customers! and therefore we come back.
