This place is perfect to get a little training in the area. Prices are affordable and reasonable. The food and the smoothies served here are delicious!

Great place. You have good food and even better smoothies. We had the cinnamon rolls after we heated them in the microwave. Prices are also unbeatable. It looks really nice, if we had more time, we would have come.

Great little gym and cafe! Mother nature didn't cooperate, so we decided to try out the gym and glad we did. Fully equipped, AC, TVs, towels and cold water. The cafe in the front was the best great snacks, filling protein shakes and perfectly brewed coffee and espresso. Yum! Fast and efficient happy all around!
