Contribuisci feedbackAs I?m sitting in line for the drive-through, that?s about 14 cars deep. I see three employees sleeping next to the tables then manager started to wake them up after 15 minutes. Lock the doors so your employees can sleep. Brilliant! It also took me about10 minutes to start writing this review. I should be at the drive-through speaker in about 15 minutes. The manager waking the 3employees up was a couple weeks ago.
This store is so ridiculous. Every time I come here it?s something new. It?s 5:30 in the afternoon, whys the store closed? I can?t tell you how many times I have come here and either the store has been closed, or the dining rooms closed or the line isover a 20 minute wait. I?m not one to post bad reviews. I find it idiotic but this store right here, needs some MAJOR help.Worst part is, how has this not gotten to corporates attention yet? And then, when I DO get a chance to get some food, it?seither cold or missings something. And the workers, soooo disrespectful. Rarely do I ever have a good experience at this TacoBell. Ridiculous.
If I could rate this location -10 stars I would. The staff here is awful! They are joking around and or standing around doing nothing all night. Orders wrong galore? drive thru line is a mile long. It?s honestly embarrassing that it?s even open. I seethe hiring and customer service standards here are exemplary. Save your money and your patience buy food somewhere else.
Slow service, drive thru cashier with an ugly attitude like we asking the food for free. Lobby was closed. I hope the management or the owner see this and the rest of the reviews, so they can do something and make the service better. Texas has a bettercustomer service than in here smh.
After waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes the line had only shrunk by 1/3. We couldn?t see wasting another 30 minutes, so we left. This is NOT ?fast food!? This place clearly has a very SERIOUS management problem!
