Subway - Danville

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the lack of service. When I walked in, the only staff member—a woman—was busy preparing to-go orders and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. After scanning the menu, I decided to let her finish her work and used the restroom. Suddenly, she yelled at me, claiming the restroom was "for employees only." I checked the public-facing door and signage, and it was clear that this was her personal decision, as it was meant for customer use. After being treated so rudely, I chose to leave. The treatment I received was unacceptable, especially considering the restroom was clearly designed for customers.

I just walked out because the food was really unacceptable. After mentioning twice that the lettuce was disgusting and needed to be removed, the staff member merely mixed it up in preparation to serve it. It's unacceptable to serve such poor-quality food! This might be why Subway is struggling. I recommend eating here at your own risk!

I really like Subway because they always have a weekly special. They offer a footlong sandwich for just $6!
