Always a pleasure dinning in, or going drive-thru. Excellent customer service, The girls that worked this morning 24/2 9am-9:30am. Store was pleasant, friendly and welcoming upon entering. Dinner was immaculate, clean, tidy and presentable. covid-19 procedures are followed through out the store. Food: 10/10 speed: 10/10 accuracy:10/10 cleanliness:10/10

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Worst McDonald’s we have ever been to sadly the poor kids trying to do their best and run this place aren't doing so well with absolutely NO ADULT in sight. Crew leader who was responsible for these other kids is only 16 with the place looking like a pig sty. Took 20 minutes to get our 4 drinks and icecream. SHAME ON YOU OWNERS! GET YOUR STAFF THE SUPPORT THEY NEED! Service: Take out

Without a doubt, the worst McDonalds in the Illawarra. The soft serve and frappe machines are broken down, the eftpos terminal is not working, they're doing shift change so can't serve anyone ... you name an excuse not to serve you and they've got it! I go to the McDs in Unanderra, they got everything and the staff are friendly! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very dirty, wrong drinks, forgotten ketchups. Fast service that said Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Paid $41 to sit in the waiting bay for 30 minutes, get the food home (2 minutes away) all our food is cold. Tried to call and complain no one’s answering the phone. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
