The crackling cup was incredibly crispy, almost deafeningly so, but that just added to the experience. A touch of salt on the crackling would have made it perfect in my opinion, but overall I would still give it a 10/10 rating.
I have visited this restaurant a few times and have sampled the bogan, char sui bun, chicken katsu, and lamb rolls. I was not disappointed with any of them, but the char sui bun has become my new favorite. The pork is cooked perfectly, and I appreciate that they are open late.
The belly pork sandwich and salads at this restaurant are incredibly delicious. The slow roasted belly pork is served with crunchy crackling and a light, fresh salad on a crusty French baguette. While the prices may be a bit high, the quality of the food makes it worth it.
Local popular small store, the seat is very few, ordered the classic, hard roll inside cucumber and carrot, put five pieces of fried pork belly, taste is super, vegetable salad and greasy meat match just, although the bread is a little hard but personally like this kind of wheat flavor is stronger.
The chicharron here was litterally amazing. I got the standard sandwich which is pork and Vietnamese slaw. In a soft roll or baguette. I found myself just going for the meat. Was a little crowded but the wait wasn't that long.
