We got married at the peacock garden in and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made, and one of the best hotels we've been to. Food and wine were amazing, service was impeccable, Chris the manager was legendary. If I could give it stars I would.

Best place to visit in the Philippines. If you want privacy and to relax.

A cozy peaceful place in the middle of a rural area in bohol. Loved the outdoor infinity pool overlooking the bohol sea the jacuzzi pool; with good staff and sumptuous free breakfast. Perfect getaway from a busy city life.

I would like to start by mentioning the ambience of the restaurant, as well as the presentation and taste of the food, which were excellent and clearly prepared with care. I would have given the restaurant a 5-star rating, except for one issue. When my wife (who is Filipina and speaks the language) asked about the type of fish in the fish fillet main course, she was told it was tuna. We always inquire about the type of fish because we do not eat cream dory (pangasius) due to the chemicals used in its production. When the dish arrived, my wife realized it was actually cream dory and politely asked why she was told it was tuna. The server simply smiled and admitted the mistake, without offering any further explanation or apology. My wife decided to set aside the cream dory and eat the rest of the dish. I considered bringing up the issue, but did not want to spoil our slightly different Valentine's Day dinner date. It was disappointing that there was no apology for the error in informing us that it was tuna when it was actually cream dory.
