Contribuisci feedbackThe tables were cleaned, but I don't know if it's a completely new group, but the müll was stacked high and the suppenable was quite extinguished and the names on most of the pizza were not correct, apart from being low. my family and I still decided to stay. I went ahead and searched for the buffalo chicken pizza, which is one of the reasons I love to go there and they don't. So I asked. the dame seemed nice and looking for someone, so I thought she'd tell someone about it. about 15 minutes later, after I gave drinks and my children got their pizza, I go back to the counter. I don't see it, so I ask another lady if they would have this special pizza. she is looking for this sign and it turns and says no, the next will be cicis supreme and goes away. I let it go. I have something else and I sat down. about 20 minutes later we all went away and when I passed the counter, I saw that it wasn't the highest pizza, she said that it was out, it was the buffalo I had requested. I was pretty upset with all the experience, I just left. I miss the old crew. the people there were always on the needs that this business needed to run the dings. Hopefully it changes. I hope next time I get in, aren't they as bad as this time?
Came here on the Sat 16th of april, at like 2pm and there was a girl cleaning the tables. Said she’d been working there for about 2 weeks but she was soo fine. I didnt ask for the snap tho if you can just give it to me ty
I ordered a GIANT Pepperoni extr pepperoni with mushroom. I arrived at pick up time and the Pizza was given in two boxes and was cold and I couldn't see any pepperoni or mushroom because cheese was over pepperoni and mushroom. Is that how Giant Extra Pepperoni pizzas are done now? Pizza was dry and toppings which I couldn't see where lacking. I have never been to pizza place where you can't see toppings such as pepperoni and mushroom on pizza. I would like to know if this is the way CiCis pizzas are now giving their pizzas to customers? Not impressed that is for sure!
We arrived to be told system was down so card payment could not be taken. We offered manager the exact cash so we could eat but she said she was in charge making the decisions and she would not accept cash. Also she stated pizzas were not being put out but the pizzas were definitely being replenished and the salad bar was being filled up. I hope the owners are proud of their manager losing them customers. We weren’t the only people who walked out after 30 minutes of waiting. This manager couldn’t manage anything and has a lot to learn about dealing with the public.
Unfortunately we never got our pizza. We ordered through the website, which said they use slice delivery. Well slice had great customer service but the restaurant uses a third party delivery outside of slice. Slice refunded our money, thankfully but the restaurant took no responsibility. Too bad, we were excited to try it.
