These people are hiring idiots from high school who do not know what they're doing. I spent $40 on food and I got someone else's food. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

We waited almost 30 minutes for food after being parked from the drive thru. Watched multiple cars even with big orders parked after us get food and leave finally went in and asked for refund and they said our food has been sitting in a warmer. The burgers looked like someone stomped on them or smashed them completely. We've had rude service before but do believe in second chances but this was just too much and we were polite and not rude at all there was no reason for this. If I could post a pic I would but I can't find an option to do so.

Started craving fries so i ordered 2 large meals on the app to deliver to my house. didn’t get any fries at all. very disappointed with this experience as mcdonald’s was my favorite place. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
