It is Pholicious Pho Bo Chin, (Beef Brisket Soup) in love with this Vietnamese Soup, since my first trip to Vietnam in 2016. I can never get bored with a bowl of #phobochin seemingly simple, yet wonderfully complex more than just broth with beef slices combining with rice noodle, spring onions, herbs, bean sprouts some bird's eye chillies. Worth a mention #glutenfree Vietnamese cooking is in fact, one of the healthiest diets on the planet . . Follow me @foodmaps_dxb . . @vietnamesefoodies restaurant is seriously a hidden gem in Dubai with the best Authentic flavours and healthy dishes cooked with traditional recipes and cooking methods, now located in #JLT and #Downtown. It is the best Vietnamese food joint in #Dubai and my personal favourite too. Serves Southern Vietnam flavours with a balanced palate among sweetness, saltiness, sourness and mild spiciness. Cooked using fresh vegetables and lean meat or seafood, herbs and 14-hour bone broth. #musttry Pho Bo Chin (Dhs 46 for this medium size bowl) . . Pho is a Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat usually beef (Pho Bo), sometimes chicken (Pho Ga).Pho is a very popular food in Vietnam where it is served in household, street stalls and restaurants all over the country. Pho is considered Vietnam's national dish. Pho originated in the early 20th century in Northern Vietnam, and was popularized throughout the world by refugees after the Vietnam War. Because pho's origins are poorly documented. And Northern Vietnam (Hanoi) are proud of the simplicity of their soup BUT the adjustments that Southerners (Saigon) did to this dish make it just so much better (styles of pho differ by noodle width, sweetness of broth, and choice of herbs) Vietnamese proverb: You eat slowly, that is good for stomach; you plough deeply, that is good for fields. Quick delivery and amazing Pho! Noodles, hot sauce, lime, and herbs etc. on the side to add in. Very fresh, very tasty.
Vietnamese foods have some seriously good, authentic Vietnamese foods, with a “farm-to-the-table” concept, inspired by the culinary aromes of South Vietnam. a No-Frills, modern family dining, vietnamese foodies downtown also includes an open concept kitchen to see the kitchen live. greender and executive chef chef lily hoa nguyen is the brain behind Vietnamese foodies that whip up meals inspired by the street food of their hometown Ho Chi Minh and eat here is healthy and fresh, as broth is used instead of oil and there are many vegan and paleo options. we started with “Goi cuon Tom” or rice paper garnel rolls with iceberg salad, gurken, sweet basilikum and coriander. then was a really tasty dish served the signature of the chef ga quay banh bao – fascinating over night marinade roast served with steamed rolls, hoisin sauce and greens. and my favorite Vietnam is pho nudel soup, cooked 14 hours, with a delicious broth with bark sauce, complete with fresh crumbles, bean sprouts and chili hot sauce. not a huge fan of vegan food, nor, the vegan curry – dau hu xao rau cu with long beans and stir fried tofu with carrots and garlic in chili bon sauce was really tasteful, especially with the accompanying jasmin rice and the bo xao hung que, a divine beef-choir with basilikum and ggling. here are desserts also authentic Vietnamese and we enjoyed the soy costard with a mango pump above; light, but very satisfying.
