Stella's - De Pere

We sat on the bar and had table service there. The food was delicious, service was a little slow, but it was super busy, so understandable. Our server was pleasant and professional, comfortable setting, and the bathrooms were clean.

We arrived at just the right time, right before dinner service, and were seated quickly. We started by sharing the Brussels Flatbread, which was absolutely AMAZING. I couldn't stop thinking about it after we left! The Brussels sprouts were perfectly fluffy and not burnt, while the flatbread was crispy. When you add some cheese and balsamic reduction, it becomes an exquisite dish. For our entrees, we ordered the first-rate Rib Sandwich, Pozole soup, and Chicken N'Waffles. The rib was beautifully cooked and tender. The Chicken N'Waffles were also enjoyable, although the menu indicated it would come with maple syrup, but I received a sauce that tasted more like teriyaki or something similar. I actually think it complemented the dish better than maple syrup would have. We also enjoyed a delicious alcoholic drink with our meal, and I have no complaints!

The beet salad and flatbread topped with bacon and Brussels sprouts were delicious. However, the Lobster Mac and Cheese and Wagyu steak were out of this world! I also highly recommend the Sangria; it's incredibly refreshing.

Stella is a favorite of my wife and mine. The service is always fantastic and bruschetta never disappointed. The spicy Italian sausage and shrimp pasta are delicious. Quiet atmosphere. A little on the expensive side, but it is worth it.

Carpaccio was awesome. Their curds are very different from what I was expecting but equally amazing. Prime rib was loaded and perfect. Staff is great, we'll be back
