Contribuisci feedbackOn Sunday night, as we were traveling home, we stopped off for a meal around 8pm. When we arrived at this Arby's, there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot. However, as we entered, 6 other cars also decided to stop. Needless to say, the employees were very busy! I must commend them for their hard work. It has been a long time since I have seen such dedication from a group of young adults. The food was cooked perfectly, hot, fresh, and tasty. The restaurant was clean and well-stocked. The service was polite and friendly.
The worst! came inside and waited in line the person behind the counter just kept for cleaning. he has seen us in any case and has just been on the wipe of their disgusting opponents. Get up there for 5 minutes and just walk out. did not want to eat of this dirty situation and food made by these people.
If I were to give a worse assessment. that was the worst experience of arby ever. I could not be more disappointed with the personal, unhygienic and lazy. they have not even given me and my husband attention when we came in and wanted to order. we went out of becuase, we went unnoticed, but went online to order, online it said they were working, and remember that the people went through the drive thru, so we knew they were still open. we waited for the journey for over 15 minutes and when we finally came next, our order did not come through, but we had the virtual reception and everything. we showed her our quitting and she was like cmon we just want to eat ours that we have already made. lady said, okay I'll see what I can do, told us that we're pulling to the corner and waiting. we waited for us not to know how long we're ready to go. then they finally gave us a small crumb pocket. we drove completely clogged to discover that they have completely messed up our order. we ordered 2 meal times the fresh market buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo packed meal x 2 a small and a big. We have the packings that fell apart and 1 small cup stale, stinky, rocky frying. I can go on and on, but literally we hated that. we do not recommend this place to anyone. seriously do not even consider.

They have the best bratbeef! and the holy screams and shake are heavenly.
