Brandi's Country Kitchen - Decatur

We waited for an hour without receiving our food. The waitress mentioned that the manager was supposed to come speak with us, but if that didn’t happen, she didn’t have any other information to offer. It's frustrating because we couldn’t provide any feedback on the food since we never got to taste it, while other diners who arrived after us were served, ate, paid, and had their tables cleared—all while we continued to wait. Even when we inquired about our bill for just the drinks due to the long wait, the waitress informed us that there was another order in front of ours, meaning our simple sandwich hadn’t even been started. This experience was extremely disappointing, and we won't be returning. I'm baffled by their 4.2 rating.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. As for parking, truck drivers can park along the curb.

It's been a while since our last visit, and we decided to try going there today. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like before. They really need assistance! We ended up leaving without placing an order as there were dirty tables everywhere, food on the floor, and flies all around. It was quite disappointing!

It was our first time to eat here. The waitress was friendly enough. I ordered the Texas scramble.. which is eggs on top of potatoes,biscuits, bacon all covered in gravy. You'll see in the photo everything looks delicious. That's not true the bacon was so over cooked I couldn't eat it. I asked for different bacon and it was a little better but still over cooked. The pancake was just basic. No sweet flavor at all. Honestly I won't eat here again

Meh... Just another mediocre, over priced place to get food. The bacon was burnt to the point of it being inedible. Pancakes where under cooked. The only good thing for me was the water. The service was the bare minimum. It's a 1 and done for me. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair in here.
