Amazing ice cream and dedicated customer service! Recommend to stop and try the delicious assortment of ice cream

This is a review of the service, not the product that - as other reviews can show - is fantastic. also as context I worked in the late 2000s two summers at a time extremely busy ice shop. we visited on a busy spring Saturday night, and although the line was long, we expected it would move at reasonable speed. Unfortunately, working from the four employees, only one actually served customers, while the other made additional waffelcons, seemed to be traitoring over seemingly broken components of the display freezer, and otherwise lacking dilly-dally. if it weren't as frustrating, it might have been kind of funny as a Saturday night live sketch about employees as ignorant as you swallow in a high-traffic local time that they perform each task to [slowly] besides actually the growing line of customers. if I were involved in jenis management, I would be honestly horrified of the way this load is running, not because of a serious outage of customer service, but because of the likely thousands of dollars in taking in the table by the Latvian workers.

It was my time here and I must say it was sweet. This was my second time ice cream in my whole life because of my lactose intolerant stomach and not milk ice cream are rough and chalky but jeni Texas leaf cake was delicious! I can't wait to try the dark chocolate truffle this summer! YUM!!!!

Beautiful selection of premium ice cream. great location, teamworkers and business. although good, aromen on my two ice selection were mild. in the act when I shared, my wife could not determine the taste. I would like to taste a little more taste for the cost.

I was here post dinner for some dessert and what else than ice cream at Jeni’s.Amazing place for ice creams. You are spilt for choices.Settled for coffee with cream and sugar. Large scoops in waffle or cup. Loved the ic cream. Decent sitting area outside and indoor as well.
