Contribuisci feedbackSTOP IT! I arrived early afternoon and stood 5th in line. There were 3 employees working this busy shift. The people in front of me has been waiting 15 minutes to place their order and then another 5 to 10 to receive them. Ebony took orders and rushed to make sure they were bagged and ready. There was one young lady focused on cooking and an assistant manager taking drive-thru orders and online orders. Some of the people in line were complaining 'did they have to pluck the chicken too ' and myself and one other customer pointed out that there was a lack of staff. The entire team was working quickly and Ebony was addressing even the most rude customer with a smile. My food was perfect and I thanked them all. Please realize that 'fast food ' may not be what it used to be, but complaining to those whom chose to serve you, did a great job and smiled through it deserve our compliments not complaints. I haven 't been back in a year because of real issues. Now we have a good team lets support them and STOP the complaining!
