Super hard and when I asked for it to be remade the manager squeezed a few times then snatched it outta my hand. They were listening to trap music and really loud!Having personal conversations which contained a huge amount of profanity. Mind you it was 6am. Other customers were waiting forlong periods of time for their orders. The restroom ???? was extremely deplorable, disgustingly dirty with stuff that lookedlike feces) on the walls in the stalls ????. I couldn't even was my hands in the sink. I turned around and left immediately.Whomever owns this franchise should definitely be ashamed! Will never return to this establishment or recommend it.
Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before I was helped. Staff was rude and not trained on McDonald's products. Asked for the 50 nuggets for $10 which I've ordered there before, and the cashier said they didn't have it and acted offended that I even asked.This place is only 1/2 mile from my house, but never going there again. I can see now why they are sending out coupons. No onewants to be treated like garbage just to get some pressed chicken.
The drive-thru is usually pretty fast! They tend to get your order right, and when you ask for iced coffee, they remember the caramel and sweetener. Unlike some other McDonald's locations that give you unsweetened black iced coffee, this one really knows how to make it!
During my last six visits to this location, they have consistently gotten my order wrong, missing items and displaying rude attitudes when I address the issues. I've tried to overlook this kind of customer service, but it's challenging when I'm spending my money and not receiving what I ordered, or sometimes only getting half of it along with a negative response. The owner might want to consider hiring more responsible staff before they face potential lawsuits or even the risk of having to shut down the restaurant.
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's and would rate it zero stars if I could. While it's nice that the building has been remodeled, the staff really needs an upgrade as well—some serious changes are needed. During both of my visits, the dining room was locked at 3 PM. I even saw an employee standing at the door fiddling with the keys. When I asked if the dining room was open, she said she was just about to open it, but then stood there for another five minutes or so. Eventually, I decided to leave. As usual, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and moved at a snail's pace. The employees seem indifferent. I won't be returning to this location.
