KFC - Deception Bay

My whole order was wrong - except the water! They got that right. And added to that was that the chicken was dry

This KFC is disgusting. Have had takeaway from here maybe 4 times. You think I would have learnt. Each time was disgusting. They just throw your meal together with no care at all. Lettuce on burgers are usually off. Nothing is fresh. Would recommend there Kallangur store. They are always busy which means food is lovely and fresh. Don't eat at Deception Bay go the distance to Kallangur. It is worth the drive.

Not bad for fast food, have had better. Bacon & Cheese burger chicken was dry and the size of the chicken piece was small. The tower stacker not bad again but the Zinger is better. Service was great and clean amenities

Unlike some of the nearby chains that make a habit of 'stuffing up' the orders, this KFC is clean, nicely stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. Although we mainly use drive thru, the restaurant inside is fine. Way better than the Strathpine version of the same.

I am very disappointed with the food at this KFC. The initial service is okay. But when you get the food, it was greasy, cold and not what I ordered. After retuning my food I was met with hostile staff and a very unhelpful manager. I have eaten at other KFC establishments without any problems, but I will never eat at Deception Bay KFC again and would advise anyone else to avoid this store like the plague. I have trued contacting KFC head office with no response, sad really in this modern world.
