Pit Stop Grill - Declo

I ordered a burger, onion rings, and a shake, but there were no lids for the drinks, making takeout impossible. My onion rings were cooked and then wrapped in a bag and placed in a warmer while I waited 20 minutes for my burger. By the time I got my food, the onion rings were soggy and greasy, just a mush of dough and onion slices. And let’s not even talk about the flies buzzing around. Overall, this place is a waste of time and money. I spent $17 and even left a tip on my card, but I definitely won’t be coming back. Service: Takeout.

This is a hidden gem of a truck stop with a great burger grill. The mushroom burger was fantastic, especially when paired with fresh-cut fries. However, the staff service could use some improvement. The girls seemed unresponsive, and the male cook was quite rude to customers; they really need to understand the importance of customer service. Despite the service issues, the food was excellent. Wow, this place was not good. Even though there were a lot of negative reviews, I gave it a shot because I was there. My chocolate milkshake had a sour taste and I threw it away.
