Tim Hortons - Degelis

I don't visit this restaurant often because it's always crowded with the same people chatting away. The service is for takeout, with dinner being the main meal type available. The price per person is between CA$1-10. The food is rated a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

My experience at this restaurant was amazing. We arrived right at closing time, but the staff, consisting of two young girls and one lady, were really nice and served us very good food. The young cashier girl was polite and understood our English well. The lady who made our fully loaded wrap was also great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this place to others. The service and atmosphere both deserve a 5-star rating. Stay happy, guys!

I was happy to discover apple pieces in my apple fritter at this Tim Hortons location, reminiscent of how they used to be! The restaurant is very clean and the donuts seem fresher compared to other Tim Hortons. This unexpected treat during our pit stop was a pleasant surprise, and we will definitely be stopping here again.

My friend ordered a wrap and was shocked to find that the egg inside was green. She was disgusted and the waitress explained that they normally leave the wraps in the oven for over 5 minutes to warm them up. We had to ask three times for them to change it because the waitress insisted that it was normal. Completely disgusting.

The staff is unable to communicate with customers effectively in English.
