Aqua Mare Cucina Italiana - DEL MAR

The food was fantastic, and the chef did an excellent job. Our waiter was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy. However, the outdoor deck could use more heating—brrr!

The food was outstanding during our first visit. Our waitress provided excellent service. The food took a little while to arrive, but we were informed that many tables had ordered at the same time. We will definitely be back!

We were impressed with the quality of the food, but disappointed by the atmosphere, which felt stark and lacking in elegance. Our first thought was that we were glad we didn't bring guests along. It felt like we were dining in our garage. A small investment in interior design by the owners could really enhance the overall experience.

We loved our time at Aqua Mare. It was nice to meet Boris and Kattia and see Laura. Everything was fine, except my Mike's pasta was (in places clumped together. He loved his meal, as did everyone at our table. Nan
