China - Deming

My most recent visit was disappointing. The eggrolls were burnt on the outside and soggy on the inside. I ordered potstickers but did not receive the proper sauce. After requesting it twice, they only gave me soy sauce packets, which is not the same. The house special fried rice was bland and tasted like it wasn't even fried. It was a terrible experience and very overpriced. I suggest saving your money and eating Mexican food instead when in Deming. I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could.

We have been trying to catch this place open. The hours are correct. Our latest attempt was Saturday at 4pm. So, since we can't get in here we've decided to stop trying. NOTE TO BUSINESS: either close permanently and change the website, or startconducting business again, and don't even try to blame the pandemic, everything is open..... except you

Despite the glowing reviews, I was left feeling disappointed after my visit to this restaurant. The ambiance was dark and lacking in service, with only one person behind the counter who seemed more focused on personal calls than taking our order. It took an excessive amount of time for our food to be ready, and when we got home, we discovered that items were missing from our order. The pricing on the menu seemed reasonable, but we were surprised by the final total for our meals. Additionally, the dishes we ordered were not to our liking - my chicken was too salty, my daughter's sweet and sour was overly sweet, and her boyfriend's Szechwan was too spicy. This experience has left us with no desire to return in the future.

The General Tso's chicken was overcooked, the egg rolls were burned, and the chicken fried rice barely had any chicken in it. When I called to complain, I was asked to hold. After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to drive to the restaurant while still on hold. I showed the staff the time to prove that I had been on hold for over 15 minutes. They told me I had to take it up with the cooks. The manager and employees were unprofessional and even tried to fight me. Overall, it was a horrible dining experience.

Food was ok. Giving 1 star cuz i had to eat my takeout with the food cover because they did not pack forks and provided only 2 small skimpy napkins. It ruined the meal eating so uncomfortably with no place around to get a plastic fork to fix theiroversight.
