Travel from Texas and found some of the best green chile everything is from the kratzer. large meal

Two stars because I have been here on many occasions and this is the first time it was this bad.After a super busy day of traveling and visiting with friends the kids and I were starving, and we can’t get green chili like this in Texas …Service was a little slow, which I could see they were training so I understood that of course… but why!! Why the food ?!The food was cold and I asked if they could reheat mine at least because I didn’t want to be a bother… but then when they brought it out all the chili had dried out… ? I should of just ate it cold I guess.My kids wouldn’t eat theirs for the same reason so I gave them my rice and beans.The shredded beef was odd … it was dry and tasteless.I complained to three different servers in the most polite way I could muster … and not one of them offered a solution… I should of just asked for the manager. Im sure we have all had to pay for plenty of meals that weren’t worth it but that was disappointing.The last time we came we really enjoyed it. And I always thought it was good growing up here. But after this experience we wont be coming back for awhile.

Fast, Friendly service. The food is amazing. Will definitely be back.

Good food, good service. Especially like the Fajita plate; and the burritos ... convenient to the Interstate.

Awesome New Mexican food!! This meal was our favorite on our 4000 mile trip from Oklahoma to California. The albondiga soup was delicious, the cheese enchiladas and tamales with red sauce was spicy and very tasty. Definitely give it a try if you’re in the area.
