Ajar Restaurant - Denmark

Chef Grant once again spoiled us with a delightful lunch. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the view is stunning. A visit to this restaurant is a must when in Denmark.

The meals were amazing. we were both impressed by the aromen and how well presented they were. in any case the most tasty meal we had in a long time. the service was excellent and the lookout is stunning. the chef and the staff were friendly, added to the...feeling of the restaurant.

We have a table on the window with a beautiful view. we need to see that cannons bounce out while we waited for our meal to come. the food was worth every penny and was so delicious. the chef came and spoke to us and personalized the. great experience. we had a wonderful dinner. highly recommended.

We booked (only online) but had a brochure which said fine wines available. Tucked away in an entrance to a caravan park on a dirt road it was a problemb to find, at night. After finding out they are at present BYO I drove 10k...to get wine . Also understaffed but it was winter and covid etc etc. However the food made up for all this. The Tiger Prawn starter was outstanding and the Duck breast cooked to perfection. Mains came with wonderful sides included and represent good value. The Chef visited qall the tables took onboard our grumbles and was delightful. I like BYO but would have liked prior warning on the telephone recorded message. I would definately return if I were here longer.
