Arby's - Denver

This one of those Arby's that consistently screws up orders and skimps on the food. I once ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich in Iowa last month on a trip and really enjoyed it. I since ordered the same sandwich at this location three times andthe sandwich is nowhere near as good and filling as the experience I had in Iowa. Compare the picture on the website to theactual sandwich. Not even close. I also had multiple orders messed up with food missing. I keep going back because I likeArby's. I want to like this Arby's but please pay attention to detail.

Try a different location! Check your bag before you leave the drive through because they get the items and quantities all wrong. I ordered 2 double RB's and only go 1 single RB. Also, I ordered 2 apple turnovers and they were just tossed haphazardly intothe bottom of the bag among the sauces with no wrapping.

We ordered ourselves through the drive thru. The person who took our order was great. The time to give us time to decide what we wanted and read our order back. When we came to the window, the gentleman was great, greeted us with a smile and gave us everything we wanted and ensured that our order was correct. Great work. We'll be back.

Starting to jot like arby's curly fries spice, other than that, good new menu that is constantly updated and food that is great
